WESLEY VISSERS HAS SOME PRETTY INSANE SYMMETRY

Wesley Vissers has some crazy genetics.

These days when it comes to being a top bodybuilder it’s all about muscle mass. Without a tremendous amount of muscle mass you can bet that an individual will have a difficult time breaking into the top of the division. Whether it’s the open weight or the newly minted classic physique divisions, muscle does matter. But besides tremendous muscle, having balance is also key to becoming a well regarded champion. Muscle mass alone means nothing if there’s no balance to back it up. At the end of the day symmetry is still king in this game.

You know a bodybuilder is at their absolute best when they’re able to cultivate quality muscle size and definition on each portion of their physique. Strong arms with weak legs simply doesn’t cut it these days. In order to reach the status of being called a high level bodybuilder then it means that ever part of the body must be rigorously trained as to have a balanced physique. While this is extremely important in all categories of bodybuilding, you can’t help but think it’s one of the major criterium of being a successful classic physique competitor. As such, up and coming bodybuilder Wesley Vissers is one to watch.

Emphasizing a love and passion for classic bodybuilding, Wesley Vissers’ message seems to be clear: to bring back the old school methods of training. While he may not have reached the highest levels of the sport, Vissers has managed to build a physique of note. Check out the pic below to see how Wesley Vissers has cultivated a symmetrical and balanced physical frame through his old school training.
