2023 Toronto Pro Supershow Results

Iain Valliere

Bodybuilder Iain Valliere wins Men’s Open Division. Here is a full breakdown of the 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow, including winners from nine other divisions!

The 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow took place on Sunday, June 4th 2023 in Toronto with 10 IFBB Pro divisions on display hoping to qualify for the Olympia, the biggest show in professional bodybuilding taking place in Orlando, Florida from November 2nd – 5th 2023. The categories ranged from Men’s Open, 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Men’s Wheelchair, Women’s Bodybuilding, Figure, Bikini, Women’s Physique, and Wellness.

The Olympia qualification system has changed this year. If an athlete did not finish in the top three in the previous year, or top five in Men’s Open, they will have to win a show to qualify. The points qualification system is no more. Also, former winners of an Olympia title have lifetime eligibility.

The Men’s Open division was the highlight of the show with a new champion being crowned. Mohamed Shaaban did not return to the stage to defend his title from 2022, opening the door for a new competitor. The battle between Iain Valliere and Hassan Mostafa was one to watch from the beginning.

The full results from the show have been announced. Below, check out the full breakdown, along with an official scorecard.

Exclusive Interview With Toronto Pro Champ Iain Valliere

Iain Valliere may have had a bumpy roller coaster of a career over the past few season, but one thing that cannot be contested is that he is a non-stop hard worker. We here at Generation Iron had the pleasure of interviewing Valliere in 2021 to discuss his rigorous competition schedule – competing in both the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia with only six weeks between both competitions.

The interview gives great insight into the aggressive mindset Iain Valliere has about his bodybuilding lifestyle and competition prep in the IFBB pro league. You can check it out below:
