Arash Rahbar Shows Off Crazy Physique and Awesome Arm Training Heading Into the 2018 Olympia

Arash Rahbar is ready for the Olympia stage.

It’s clear to anyone with eyes that the Classic Physique division is one of the most competitive categories in the IFBB today. While the division is still in it’s infancy, we’ve already seen some great contenders arise, the Olympia crown change hands, and huge shake ups to the top of the class.

Where Arash Rahbar came in second place at the 2016 Olympia, 2017 saw the talented bodybuilder drop two spots, showing just how difficult it is to stay at the top. But that hasn’t deterred Rahbar from going after first place at the 2018 show. Constantly looking to improve his physique, Arash Rahbar has been focused and determined to improve during his preparation for the Olympia.

As the days wind down until the biggest show of the year, Arash Rahbar has been showing off his crazy progress and training regimen. With only one more week to go, Arash Rahbar is looking ready to crack the top three and prove the doubters wrong.

This picture was taken the morning after the 2018 Arnold Classic… – After the show I had a big dirty dinner with family but more importantly i drank a lot of fluid ! – I believe a big factor for me to bring my best look is being fully hydrated post weigh in. I’m at my most depleted state at weigh in and need to make sure my muscles rehydrate and “come back to life” – Obviously this pic is not as crisp as i will be on stage (bc i ate whatever i wanted the night before and probably over drank) – But it just goes to show how important it is to truly peak for that 5-10 minutes window at prejudging…!! – It’s crazy when you think about it! All your hard work and IMPROVEMENTS will either shine or not be shown at all depending on muscle fullness and subcutaneous water – I believe I have yet to bring my very best on stage ….

A little Arm Workout from earlier today #12DaysOut #ZeroCarbs #WristWraps – Biceps: -Seated Incline Dumbbell Curls (Shoulders rolled back, core tight, lower weights slowly till you can flex the tricep. Supinate at top contraction) if done correctly you should be fried after this exercise! – Standing alternating Dumbbell curls – 1 Arm Dumbbell concentration curls Triceps – Bent over over head extension with cable. (Contrary to common belief elbows should be pointed outward so the delts do not pick up any of the tension. you will feel your triceps stretch and burn close to your armpit. – 1 arm Dumbbell kick back (hits all 3 heads of the tricep) – Standing rope extension (Roll the shoulders back so are you are not using your front delts, step away from the cable so it is NOT parallel to your arm at full contraction! It will make the movement much harder! And make sure you were getting a full extension and squeeze at the bottom) – 1 arm cable extension SUPERSET WITH – 1 arm cable bicep curl (like your hitting a front double pose) – My workouts go by feel… I warm up a good amount and then do anywhere from 3-5 sets per exercise and between 8-15 reps depending on weight and the movement – But After so many years I mainly just train by feel and what my muscles tell me! #NoNotePadsNeeded @teamdymatize @dymatize @bevsgym @houseofpainapparel T-Shirt ?
