Derek Lunsford Reveals Impressive Physique Update Ahead of 2023 Olympia

Derek Lunsford shows great improvements less than six weeks out from the 2023 Olympia.

Top bodybuilder Derek Lunsford shared a recent physique update, showcasing his shredded form. The 2022 Mr. Olympia runner-up revealed his washboard abs weeks out from the 2023 Mr. Olympia show. Looking to take top honors at this year’s show, Lunsford is leaving no stone unturned as he trains with famed coach, Haney Rambod.

To be a top-flight bodybuilder you must have the perfect balance of both mass and aesthetics. You cannot become Mr. Olympia if one or the other is lacking. An Olympia champion must be well-muscled, but must also have a low body fat percentage to show off all that cultivated sinew. With the right training regimen and a proper diet getting a ripped physique is possible for anyone. What sets Olympia champions apart is their ability to push past their limits and constantly seek improvements. Derek Lunsford is one such champion.

Already conquering the 212 division, Derek Lunsford sought glory in a new division. In 2022 Lunsford challenged himself to become Mr. Olympia. While he fell short and took second, his ability to defeat so many other Men’s Open bodybuilding veterans is a testament to his potential. Now as he readies himself for 2023, Lunsford is looking much improved.

Impressive Physique Update

With less than six weeks until the 2023 Olympia, Derek Lunsford is looking ripped and ready to give it his all for the title of Mr. Olympia.

When I started bodybuilding…

I just wanted a nice set of “washboard” ABS. 😅😂 #Truth

@jhelbell can attest to this. 🤷‍♂️

This, of course, was before I found out about competing in the NPC IFBB Pro League or knew much about Mr.Olympia.

Now, it’s GAME ⭕️N!! 💪

👉 5.5 weeks
