Jamal Browner showed massive strength as he crushed his deadlift and squat personal records. The powerlifter showcased his impressive abilities leading up to the meet with some impressive training in the gym.

Superhuman strength exists and powerlifters like Browner prove that point. In a recent training Browner pulled an astounding 950lb deadlift double.

The training is proving to pay off in a big way. Jamal Browner is a man who doesn’t rest on his laurels. Browner is always looking to improve himself in the gym and in competition. He has proven time and again that he’s up to the challenge of achieving further greatness.

New PRs!

To mark that point just days after that recent training, Browner set a new deadlift personal record. The powerlifter went from lifting 950lbs to 953.5lbs.

953.5lbs (432.5kg) PR!!

😅 I almost gave up on it after I hit some turbulence. But aye I got it !!

Jamal Browner didn’t just impress in the deadlift, he also crushed it in the squat. Browner was able to break personal records in the squat.

340kg (749.5lbs) triple PR!

Surprisingly this moved better than expected. Everything is clicking except bench 🥲. But I’ll figure it out..SBD au today..I hit this right before I started warming up on deadlifts.

With these impressive lifts Browner is quickly cementing himself as one of the best powerlifters in the game.
