James Hollingshead Gives Update Following Surgery
James Hollingshead began discussing the condition before showing the happenings inside the operating room. on his ride home, Hollingshead spoke on what they were able to remove.
“We removed sh*t load of fu**ing tissue behind that chest. Way more than me and you anticipated…I’ll say this, now that I’ve got it done and seen the size of the removal, I’m happy I got it done because I was clearly in the right mindset with what was going on. I was questioning it because people were saying ‘it wasn’t that bad, it wasn’t that bad,’ but when you see the size of them, you put an egg on a pan, you crack it and cook it, that size.”

About James Hollingshead
James Hollingshead began training at 14 years old and quickly gained a passion for fitness.
Being that his main goal was to gain in size, he believed the best way to achieve his goal would be by eating as many calories as possible. After many months of trial and error, James started to see some progress in his growth which motivated him to keep going and training hard so he could achieve an even better physique. As time passed by, James’ fascination with bodybuilding grew deeper. Eventually, he decided to start a career in the sport – becoming a men’s bodybuilding contestant.
