The New Quad Building King Julian Smith Has The Most Insane Leg Training

For Julian Smith leg training requires more than just squats.

You can find many bodybuilders working hard to attain massive wheels on leg day. For the most part you can find these athletes at the squat rack as they look to add mass to their frames, particularly their quads. But unlike many of the other bodybuilders out there, Julian Smith is taking a very different approach to his leg development training.

Rather than just focus on classical squats, Julian Smith employs movements that you don’t see very often in modern day bodybuilding. In reality, that’s by design. Smith is an advocate for old school bodybuilding training and as such utilizes a vast of array of exercises during his training.

While most other bodybuilders are finding themselves at that squat rack on leg day, you can find Julian Smith performing extreme movements like these in order to shape and build his legs.

More more more quad isolation! Pure old school torture ?? – Are you following the Daily Pump? This exercise is part of the workout that I’ll be posting tomorrow on the site. Link in bio – Body weight sissy squat- Body weight moves I usually take to failure. As many as I can do with proper perfect form. Slow negatives with a pauses on the stretch. – Perfect form on sissy squats is actually pretty simple. Upper leg and torso should be in a straight line. This is gonna put maximum stretch and tension in the quads ? When your upper body and upper leg are straight you can feel the stretch from low by your knees, all up to your hips! – Give this exercise a shot! Tag me in your story if you do.
