Mike Rashid Interview: Food Is The Number One Killer In Our Country | Iron Cinema

Mike Rashid talks losing weight, eating healthier, and the underestimated health issues the food we eat causes.

IRON CINEMA – Every Friday we connect you with Generation Iron director Vlad Yudin as he sits down for an exclusive long form interview with the industry’s most vital members – including athletes, trainers, and experts.

Mike Rashid had quite the past year. He had his name dragged through the mud after a raid on his Miami Iron Addict Gym (that had nothing to do with him), he changed up his diet and his physique, and most recently – he became a pro boxer and won his first match. Vlad Yudin caught up with Rashid just hours before his pro boxing match debut to catch up about the fallout and aftermath of the Iron Addicts scandal and how his life has changed since.

They also discuss the major lifestyle change Rashid made in his diet – and how one of the biggest killers in our society is the food we eat. A blood test result opened Rashid’s eyes and made him make some major changes. Some of which go against what most bodybuilders expect to keep a massive and shredded physique – but as Mike Rashid proves, it’s not necessary to still be successful in the fitness world. Check out the full Iron Cinema interview above!

Kenny KO Interview: Do Fake Weight Callout Videos Destroy Hard Earned Reputations? | GI Exclusive

Kenny KO talks about his fake weight callout videos… and whether or not they ruin fitness careers.

Kenny KO made a name for himself on YouTube with his famous fake weight callout videos. And to be fair – he always gives each “victim” the chance to prove themselves by meeting up with him and attempting a lift in his presence – to prove that they are legit.

Of course, things rarely get that far – except in the case of Heba Ali. She actually attempted to prove him wrong… and things didn’t go so well for her. Now with her Instagram deleted, Heba released a statement saying that her career in fitness has been defamed and destroyed by Kenny KO.

We sat down with Kenny to ask if he feels bad at all about calling out these fitness celebs and whether or not he thinks that he actually has the power to take down an entire hard earned career. Check it out above!

Would You Take This 10,000 Calorie Cheat Meal Challenge?

A cheat meal of epic proportions.

At this point everyone has heard of a cheat meal. When you’re on an intense bodybuilding diet and looking to retain your sanity, a good cheat meal can bring you back from the brink and help you prevent binge eating. That said, the only way you should be having a cheat meal is under the pretense of putting in hard, quality training in the gym.

If you’re a person who trains extensively, pushing your body to the limit, then an insane cheat meal is something that’s not entirely out of the question. Look at Juan Morel for example. When he decides to have a cheat meal, he holds nothing back. In fact, Juan Morel’s epic cheat meals have become the stuff of legends. Yet he’s still able to keep a pretty tight and conditioned physique.

But some cheat meals aren’t created equal. The competitive eater BeardMeatsFood has proven to have some of the most epic meals ever. In the below clip we see the competitive eater attempt to consume a 10,000 calorie meal that would put even Juan Morel’s cheat meal to shame.

Would you try this epic cheat meal?
