The Olympics are over and as such the books have been closed on a pretty historic event. Though many bodybuilders may not have been tuning into the Olympics fervently, the games were truly remarkable to behold. The determination and drive these athletes showed in Rio was truly inspiring. Now as the Olympia closes in, fans can only hope the athletes in the IFBB were training just as hard as the competitors in the Olympics.

The time for talk and speculation will soon be coming to a close. Now it’s all about the work that has been put in during the off season. If men and women competing at the Olympia weren’t putting everything into their training then they’ll only have themselves to blame if they don’t place as high as they hoped. Now is the time to fine tune their training and as such you should be following that very same example.
