Will Nick Walker win the 2024 New York Pro?

The 2024 New York Pro is one of the biggest events in bodybuilding during the season. We are just four days away from the start and many predictions are flying in. Recently, Milos Sarcev and Chris Cormier made their predictions with Dennis James during a recent episode of The Menace Podcast.

The biggest story of the weekend will be Nick Walker making his return to the stage. He suffered a hamstring injury that kept him out of the 2023 Olympia. Now, he is set to make his return in an attempt to qualify for this year’s Olympia. Walker appeared as a guest poser during the 2024 Pittsburgh Pro, showing off his physique just one week out of the New York Pro.

The field as a whole for this weekend’s New York Pro is expected to be a good one. outside of Walker, competitors such as Quinton Eriya and Martin Fitzwater will battle for position. Can they compete with Walker for the top prize?

2024 New York Pro Top 5 Predictions

Chris Cormier

Chris Cormier believes Nick Walker will win his return to the stage and qualify for the 2024 Olympia. This is the popular belief, which is why the rest of the top five will be interesting to see. Cormier opted for Quinton Eriya finishing as the runner-up.

  • First Place – Nick Walker
  • Second Place – Quinton Eriya
  • Third Place – Tonio Burton
  • Fourth Place – Stuart Sutherland
  • Fifth Place – Martin Fitzwater

Milos Sarcev

Milos Sarcev also put Walker at the top but dropped Eriya to fifth on the scorecard. He moved Martin Fitzwater up the rankings to finish as the runner-up. Sarcev believes Eriya’s height will work against him here.

  • First Place – Nick Walker
  • Second Place – Martin Fitzwater
  • Third Place – Stuart Sutherland
  • Fourth Place – Tonio Burton
  • Fifth Place – Quinton Eriya

“I’m a huge fan of shape and i like Quinton. He would be my ideal guy. this is what I would want but there’s no way that’s going to happen…Quinton is too tall and like andrew at the arnold classic, so he is going to be too lengthy to compare.”

Dennis James

Dennis James went the route of Cormier and placed Walker first with Eriya as the runner-up. This could be one of the biggest storylines of the event.

  • First Place – Nick Walker
  • Second Place – Quinton Eriya
  • Third Place – Tonio Burton
  • Fourth Place – Martin Fitzwater
  • Fifth Place – Stuart Sutherland
