Big Ramy is back on stage for the first time since reports of his injury earlier in the year.

Unfortunately, Big Ram will not be competing this year at the Mr. Olympia 2019. This was due to him not being able to compete and win a qualifying competition this year. He was most likely unable to compete due to reports of an injury. While Big Ramy downplayed the seriousness of the injury – in the end he did not compete and will be out of the Olympia this year.

So it comes with great excitement that Big Ramy was able to step back on stage in some capacity via a guest posing at the Victor Legends NY this past week. It’s the first time we’ve been able to see his physique in quite some time. Williams Fitness has compiled the guest posing in his recent video above.
