Dallas McCarver Trains Just Like Ronnie Coleman For The Most Epic Leg Day Of All Time

McCarver is pushing himself to limit much like the legend Coleman.

There have been many different eras during the short history of bodybuilding. There was the era of Larry Scott, the first Mr. Olympia champion. Then came the era of Sergio Oliva ruling the Olympia and we all know of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The eighties were dominated by Lee Haney and the early to mid nineties was obviously ruled by Dorian Yates. But besides Jay Cutler and Phil Heath, the current Olympia champion, there is one other reign that has been treated with the utmost amount of reverence.

The era of Ronnie Coleman.

.

Nicknamed “The King,” Ronnie Coleman was not only one of the bodybuilding’s most dominant champions, but also one of the hardest working bodybuilders to ever compete professionally. When it came time for training there was almost no man out there that could keep up with Ronnie Coleman. He was like a man possessed during his training sessions and lifted some of the heaviest weight around.

He squatted like a beast, did deadlifts with a ridiculous amount of weight and overall proved that he was one of the most powerful bodybuilders of all time. But it seems that lately a young bodybuilder is giving Coleman a run for his money.

Dallas McCarver is still young in his bodybuilding career, yet he has already garnered a great deal of attention. His training is slowly becoming legendary for it’s intensity. McCarver’s leg day training is truly something to behold and brings to mind the days where Ronnie Coleman was tearing things up in the gym. Take a look at the video below posted by Muscular Development and check out Dallas McCarver’s “lightweight” leg day.
