You may all remember Robert Frank from a video we posted last week. You know the one – the most epic, loud, and spit-tastic rant bashing crossfit ever to grace the internet. Well it turns out that Robert didn’t quite get it all out of his system. He actually has another video (this one a little more purposefully comical) called CrossShit: The Greatest Show on Earth and well… you can pretty much see where this is going.

Of course, this is all in good fun. So if you want to get a good laugh at the expense of Crossfit and the many hilarious fails that come along with it – make sure to check out the video below:
