The IAAF World Championships took place yesterday for track and field. It was a compelling event that saw some of the best athletes in the world compete in a ton of different sporting events. But it can’t be denied that the one event everyone had their eyes on was the 100 meter dash that would crown the World Champion and decide who the fastest man in the world was. Usain Bolt proved once again that he was the world’s best sprinter with his impressive first place win.
With a large and muscular frame for a sprinter, Bolt is of the more impressive individuals competing in track and field today and powerful frame shows the kind of hard work and dedication he puts into his training. If you ask us that sounds pretty similar to another kind of athlete’s mindset. That hard work in the gym has paid off for the Jamaican sprinter and there’s no doubt that his work ethic brought him the victory this past weekend. Why not take a page out of his book, get your ass to the gym, and train like a mad man so you can see your training pay off.
