Recent Progress Photos Surface Of Big Ramy Looking Like A House At 331 Lbs!

Big Ramy is looking unreal!

The Olympia is steadily approaching and as it stands now, everyone is basically referring to the event as “The Phil Heath Show.” The problem with that ideology is that every onlooker refuses to believe anyone is capable of challenging the reigning champ, which in turn can completely destroy interest. But while many may think that no other bodybuilder stands a chance against the reigning Olympia champ, there are still competitors hard at work trying to push themselves to the next level and capture the crown. Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay is one of those competitors.

If you listen to the fans you would think that it was a forgone conclusion that Phil Heath will once again be champion, but by the looks of Big Ramy, it appears that the Egyptian powerhouse has his own ideas about who will win the Olympia this year. While many want to comment on the fact that Big Ramy has yet to crack the top three, it’s obvious that he has the tools at his disposal. Since we haven’t seen Big Ramy on stage since 2016 it’s fair to say that we don’t know exactly the kind of package he plans to bring to stage.

But it appears that we’ve finally got a glimpse at what Big Ramy is going to look like when September rolls around. Big Ramy was always massive, but now he looks even more lean than usual with some truly impressive size. Take a look at the progress pic below that shows Big Ramy at 331 lbs.
