You can train, diet, and put all of your energy into cultivating the ultimate physique and still not achieve the level of mass and shred of a professional bodybuilder. So it’s only natural that genetics are the answer right?
Many people also point to the fact that pro bodybuilder use gear to get them to the next level of mass and shred, yet there are people out there that take a tremendous amount of steroids and still don’t look like they can take to the Olympia stage.
