We all have perceived limits. But part of moving forward in bodybuilding (and in life) is to push past those limits towards change. There’s a difference between knowing what we can and cannot change – it all just comes down to whether or not you are ready to put the work in.

In a world where “handicapped” means “limitations” to many people out there, these bodybuilders prove that just because we THINK there is a limit doesn’t mean that one actually exists.
So start to reevaluate what you consider to be a limit and learn how to push through them. Change yourself for the better. Put the hard work in. And start making some REAL change.
