The third and fourth days emphasize the core as well as the shoulders and traps. It’s not that big of a surprise when you consider how huge Goldberg’s traps were when he was competing. The ab work and shoulder exercises proved to be the biggest attributes of Goldberg’s physique. If you ask us, the man seemed to be doing something right.
