His Latest Training Proves Morgan Aste is a Mass Monster with Unreal Muscle

Morgan Aste looks unreal.

There have been many physiques that boggle the mind in bodybuilding. Dorian Yates started the trend of mass monsters in the sport. Ronnie Coleman would go on to take the baton to achieve his own level of mass building insanity. In some ways the sport has perhaps taken muscle building too far.

Despite that fact, competitors are still hoping to achieve greater and greater musculature. French bodybuilder Morgan Aste is a prime example of that fact.

Standing 6’3” and claiming to weigh over 370lbs, Morgan Aste has proven to be a force of nature in bodybuilding. He cuts a massive figure, a mountain of a man with the muscle to go with his large stature.

As he continues to train and grow, Morgan Aste is looking more and more massive these days. He’s lifting some pretty insane numbers and shows no signs of slowing down. In one of his recent training videos Aste’s arms look so large that they look like they’re about to burst.
