Redemption: Frank McGrath’s Unreal Recovery To Massive Gains

The Wolverine of bodybuilding.

Adversity. It’s the part of life that most people wish to avoid, but always seem to be caught up in. It’s an inevitable turn of events that can be the difference between triumph and defeat. Everyone must face adversity in one form or another throughout their lives. Depending on how well they can deal with that adversity is the difference between being at the top of the mountain or remain a spectator – forever doomed to watch life pass them by as a complete failure.

Many people out there wouldn’t consider bodybuilding to be a sport that requires competitors to overcome adversity. Little do they know, bodybuilding can truly be a test of patience, will, and determination. Besides having to seek constant improvement on their physiques, bodybuilders also have to face the very real possibility of suffering life altering injuries.

Any and everyone can, and likely has been, injured at one point of their life or another – but for an athlete it can easily mean the destruction of their career. An athlete needs their body to be in top condition in order to perform at a high level in their chosen sporting endeavor. Injury is means the difference between making a decent income and earning nothing but pennies. It can be the difference between experiencing greatness or becoming a nobody who lives in obscurity.

It’s something that Frank McGrath had to face during his time as a professional bodybuilder. Still going strong and competing consistently, Frank McGrath has had to overcome a great deal during his professional career. After a life changing car accident threatened to put his career on permanent hold, McGrath was able to overcome adversity and make it back onto a professional posing stage. His will to succeed pushed him to make a comeback and once again climb the ranks in the sport that he loves.

You’d think a man who has suffered as many injuries as McGrath would fail to build a physique that could rival some of the greats in the open weight division of bodybuilding. But some of Frank’s recent progress pics have put all that to bed. The man truly looks beastly and damn near inhuman just days out from an upcoming pro competition.
