Ronnie Coleman shared a health update in a recent video.

Ronnie Coleman has been through a fair share of surgeries over the course of his career that have impacted his health. Despite these operations, Coleman continues to train in the gym and rehab to get his body back to full strength. In a recent video, Coleman answered some questions from fans and shared an update, along with his plans for the 2022 Olympia.

Coleman is no stranger to success on the bodybuilding stage. He is tied for the most Olympia victories of all-time with eight. He showed off a freaky physique on stage with incredible size and conditioning.

In 1996, Coleman suffered a herniated disc in his back. Since then, he has gone through 10 back surgeries and has to get around with help from a walker. Coleman continues to go through different treatments and plans to be walking without help soon.

Ronnie Coleman Shares Health Update

Ronnie Coleman has become a star on YouTube because of his entertainment value. He often goes through different Q&A sessions to share insights or simply to connect with the fans. This is where he was able to share some information about his current procedures.

“I’m working real hard on that. Right now, I’m going to Mexico every four months, getting these stem cell treatments and they are working out real good. So, when will I walk without a chair? Only time will tell, but hopefully soon and very soon.”

In 2021, Coleman added on size after using a new plan. He was not going through surgeries at the time and explained how this all helped him get muscle mass back.

Ronnie Coleman continued to share that he will be present for the 2022 Olympia competition. He will attend with Lee Haney, who also holds eight titles. There will 16 total Olympia titles sitting in the front row in December.

“Yes sir. Me and Lee Haney will be there again on the front row watching. I hope to see you there.”

Ronnie Coleman continues to be one of the most influential bodybuilders of all-time. He is working toward a recovery from all surgeries and it will be a great accomplishment when he is able to walk without help.
