This week has been a whirlwind of news surrounding Big Ramy – what started off as an injury seemingly taking him out of the Olympia 2019 and competing this year entirely has turned around into him still headset on the Olympia with an injury that is only “minor” and merely prevented him from training for a few weeks.

But even if he is going to compete – this kind of turbulence is not a distraction that is needed for a top athlete like Big Ramy. Especially after his showing in the 2018 Mr. Olympia, Ramy needs to focus more than ever to prove himself able to win the number one spot and earn that Sandow trophy.
