To celebrate the new year we here at Generation Iron are looking back at the best of 2018. Covering everything from Generation Iron 3, Ronnie Coleman: The King, the epic Arnold Classic, and a groundbreaking Mr. Olympia where Phil Heath was finally defeated.

It was a major year not only for bodybuilding but for Generation Iron as we continue to expand and grow. More films. More original content. And more contest coverage. We’ve proudly expanded into other countries in the form of our ever growing international sister sites as well as the introduction of our very own bodybuilding competitions dubbed GI Shows.
