GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 9/21

Generation Iron Pantera Workout Song

Get hostile.

The 2015 Mr. Olympia competition has concluded and once again Phil Heath came out on top, winning his fifth consecutive Sandow. Many were wondering how this year’s competition would play with the absence of Kai Greene at the event. With every passing year it’s appearing more and more likely that it’ll be a long time before Phil Heath is dethroned. The biggest surprise at the show however was Dexter Jackson. The 45 year old veteran seems to be getting better with age toppling mainstays Shawn Rhoden and Dennis Wolf. With a record breaking year already under his belt, everyone expected Jackson to rest on his laurels. If “The Blade” did indeed have plans of taking it easy after his record breaking Arnold Classic win then it would appear that he failed miserably. Coming in second to Phil Heath is nothing to scoff at. If Dexter keeps this up then he’s likely to bring some new intrigue and attention to the sport. Could Dexter become one of the oldest men to win an Olympia? It may be a bit far fetched perhaps, but it’s certainly enough to give anyone some inspiration. But just in case it isn’t, we still have you covered with an awesome motivational workout song.

This song will get you fired up in the gym to get all the gains you seek. Burn fat and pack on muscle with this track from Pantera. “Fucking Hostile” is a high intensity track off the group’s album, Vulga Display of Power, that’s sure to put some adrenaline into your lifts.
