Liver King Offers Challenge To Beat “Bare Knuckle Push Up Challenge”

Liver King offered $1,000 to fans who beat his mark in a push-up challenge.

Liver King reached 50 bare-knuckle push-ups in one minute. Who can beat this for $1,000?

Liver King has maintained his shredded physique throughout all of the steroid drama over the previous year. He continues to preach his ancestral lifestyle and has issued a new challenge for viewers. He has offered $1,000 to anyone who shares a video beating his mark of 50 in his “bare knuckle push up challenge.”

“Liver King here issuing another challenge. A lot of primal can do push-ups with their bare hands but how many can you do with your bare knuckles on the concretes? How many can you do in one minute?”

In November, Derek from More Plates More Dates exposed emails proving that Brian Johnson was indeed on steroids. After the allegations, Johnson made a video where he admitted the truth and apologized for misleading his fans. Since then, he has not slowed down in the gym or moving around spreading his word.

After staying natural since, Johnson shared that he has lost strength and over 20 pounds of muscle. Because of this, he has started using certain supplements once again.

Liver King has continued to train hard and keep his diet within his lifestyle and this has led to a shredded build.

Liver King’s Push-Up Challenge 

Liver King shared this challenge, along with the rules and stipulations, during a recent Instagram video. Below, here is what Johnson wrote in his Instagram caption:

BARE KNUCKLE PUSH-UP FORM

  • No man enters, no man leaves… w/out wielding hammers as hands.
  • Knuckles tight and firm as f*ck as if you’re getting ready to strike.
  • Knuckles facing concrete or asphalt.
  • Knuckles rotated to maintain a slightly neutral position.
  • Knuckles shoulder-width apart.
  • Quads in flexed extension.
  • Core tight and engaged.
  • Retracted scapula.
  • Controlled movement down, performed with chest and chin to ground, then…
  • Controlled movement up, performed with arms fully loaded, and fully locked out.

RULES

1. Use some common-fuc*ing sense.
2. Start w/ knuckles firmly on concrete or asphalt.
3. Start the timer.
4. Perform respectable push-up form (outlined above)…
5. Do as many as possible in 60 seconds
6. Don’t be a little b*tch…
