Top Dietitians Analyze Liver King’s Diet Of Raw Meat & Testicles: “Don’t Do It”

Steroids

Many top dietitians took a look at Liver King’s insane diet that includes raw meat.

Liver King became a social media sensation because of his shredded physique and odd diet plans including raw meats and organs. He has continued to preach his ancestral traits and urges those to follow. Naturally, this has gained the attention of dietitians around the world and they do not seem to agree with his lifestyle.

In November, Derek from More Plates More Dates exposed emails proving that Brian Johnson was indeed on steroids. After the allegations, Johnson made a video where he admitted the truth and apologized for misleading his fans. Since then, he has not slowed down in the gym or moving around spreading his word and his diet plans.

“Don’t do it would be my advice.”

The Daily Mail reported that many dietitians dove into the dangers of eating raw meat and what it could do to the body. Clare Thornton Wood is a registered dietitian for the Association of UK Dietitians. She believes that eating a large amount of live daily is dangerous.

“If you ate too much vitamin C, your body would just excrete it in your urine but if you eat large amounts of liver, it could actually be potentially dangerous.

I don’t disagree that liver is a source of many nutrients but you only need small amounts of those nutrients every day and eating liver every day in large quantities is still dangerous.”

Liver King’s Theories Questioned

Liver King, who’s real name is Brian Johnson, has preached traits that he believes our ancestors followed. This includes eating raw meats and different ways of lift. According to Stanley Ulijaszek, who is a Professor of Human Ecology at the University of Oxford, believes it is impossible to target one specific diet.

“Our ancestors ate many different kinds of diets. To pick on a particularly high meat intake from one particular period in our evolutionary history is misrepresenting the past. We have evolved to eat a diversity of foods, many different things, and we should rejoice in that possibility while always remembering that some foods are healthier than others.”

Cooking food has raised life expectancy because it eliminates many diseases that can be found in raw food. Aside from the abundance of nutrients that can harm the human body, consuming raw meats can bring upon many different diseases.

“Cooking has extended human life expectancy. We get fewer nasty diseases now.

Vegetables contain a lot of things that we need such as vitamins and minerals but also fiber. These nutrients are absolutely essential for gut health.”

Liver King has made it clear that he is not going to stop preaching his ancestral traits but many professionals around the world do not advise viewers to follow in his footsteps.
