WATCH: Dennis James Predicts Flex Lewis’ Chances In Men’s Open Bodybuilding

Dennis James: “Flex Lewis will need to put on 20-30 pounds to compete against Phil Heath”

Everyone is focusing on the specific wording of Flex Lewis’ “retirement” from Men’s 212 division. The key word here being retire – he never used it once and it leads many to believe he isn’t done competing… just done competing in the Men’s 212. This has led to many people believing he is actually going to move up to the Men’s Open bodybuilding division.

While this isn’t confirmed – Dennis James answers the fan question: how would Flex Lewis compare against Phil Heath in the open division? It would take a lot for Flex to catch up to the full on mass monster size of Men’s Open… and even then he might not be able to stand tall against Phil’s superior genetics. Check out his full prediction in the video above.

Larry Wheels Shows Massive Improvement in Recent Posing Video

Larry Wheels

Larry Wheels is looking impressive as he pushes to become the World’s Strongest Pro Bodybuilder.

Powerlifting is an entirely different beast than bodybuilding. It’s all about how much weight an individual can heft more than how amazing their physique is. That said, there are certain powerlifters that have been blessed with some incredible genetics, causing their bodies to form aesthetically despite not focusing on bodybuilding. This certainly is the case with champion bodybuilder Larry Wheels.

Hoping to become the World’s Strongest Pro Bodybuilder, Larry Wheels has been pushing himself to the limit with both his powerlifting and bodybuilding training. He recently competed in his first bodybuilding show back in February and showed an impressive form. But that was simply the first step on what is sure to be a much longer journey towards getting his IFBB Pro card.

Now as he preps for his next bodybuilding show, Larry Wheels has been pulling out all the stops. Not only has he worked on improving his physique, but he has also dedicated a large amount of time to perfecting his posing skills as well.

Mike Rashid Shuts Down Haters After Claiming He Has Puny Legs

Haters say Mike Rashid has no legs. Bodybuilding personality proves them wrong.

In the modern world of social media and supreme internet access it can’t be helped that negativity will find it’s way into people’s lives through the comments section. It is perhaps the most dreaded space in the online universe. The comments section is to be avoided at all costs, or at least that’s the saying. In reality we’re all human, so from time to time we’re going to feel that nagging need to see what people say in the comments. For Mike Rashid, he learned that it may have been either a big mistake or a major motivator.

A rogue comment on Mike Rashid’s Instagram account sparked a bit of a fire in the multifaceted athlete. The comment read that Mike Rashid has no legs, suggesting that he has no size or definition on his wheels. While he may not show off his legs every two seconds, Mike Rashid has built a pretty impressive physique. To suggest that his legs aren’t in great condition is a bit foolish.

But sometimes you have to teach internet trolls hard lessons. Rather than brushing it off and pretending like nothing happened, addressing the issue can work to both prove a point and completely shut down the negativity before it spreads like wild fire. In one of his most recent posts, Mike Rashid has decided to educate this internet troll and showcase how wrong he was for calling him out.

Do you think Mike Rashid destroyed this internet troll? Do you read the comments section of your own posts?
