It’s no secret that Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay is a the front runner for potentially dethroning Phil Heath at the 2018 Olympia. In preparation of the biggest show of the year, Big Ramy has been putting in some serious work in the gym and seems to be improving with every passing week.
