Egg Whites
Pros:
- Egg whites pack some serious protein without all that nasty cholesterol.
- Depending on your fitness goals, egg whites also have less calories, meaning you can eat a ton without worrying too much about going over your calories for the day while at the same time getting a bunch of quality protein.
Cons:
- Other than the quality protein that it contains, there isn’t much else that egg whites provide. It’s still great, but the lack of yolk means less nutrients.
