The Final Answer: Whole Eggs Or Egg Whites?

Whole Eggs

Pros:

        1. Whole eggs pack way more protein than egg whites.

      1. It also has a ton of other benefits like iron, zinc, phosphorus, all of which help with testosterone production and, in the case of phosphorus, bone growth and development.

Cons:

      1. Though it contains more nutrients that can be beneficial, the fact is that egg yolks contain a tremendous amount of artery clogging cholesterol, so eating too much of it isn’t the best idea.

If you’re going to have eggs be apart of your diet then it’s best to balance everything out. The bottom line is that you should have more egg whites than whole eggs, but keep the yolk in your diet for some pretty useful benefits as well.
