Rounding your back
Unless your just a weightlifting prodigy, everyone has done this before. For a beginner to intermediate lifter it’s hard to comprehend how much coordination and form are necessary for a compound movement exercise, and not rounding your back is the start.
To remedy this problem stick your butt out and picture keeping your back flat or slightly arched. Another trick is to pick a slightly above where the floor meets the wall and find it before every rep.
