Don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself. Leg day is hard for a reason. It gives some of your biggest strength and aesthetics gains because it releases heaps of testosterone while flooding us with the dreaded lactic acid, no pain no gain. Next time you have a chance to do a rep incorrectly or say you lifted more when you didn’t, just remember it’s substance over everything and you’ll be better off doing things the hard way in the long run.
