Playing the mental game.

Some say – every game and battle is won before it begins. Arnie was a master at getting into his opponents’ heads. And Young Lou Ferrigno was a perfect target. These days in bodybuilding you don’t see too much about mental psych-outs like the good old days of Arnold. That kind of stuff is mostly reserved for MMA or boxing. But it’s always fun to see the classic mind games that Arnold used to play on his opponents.
