We’ve never seen Big Ramy look so dry. Look at those cheek bones!

12 days away. It feels good to say that. We are so close to the biggest weekend of the year in the bodybuilding world and the pros are still showing off their physique updates and training prep as we roll into the final week before Olympia 2018.

Big Ramy in particular is looking more conditioned than we’ve ever seen him before. While we don’t get a full look at his physique, you can tell from his “death face” that he is cutting down significantly. This might be the most dry we’ve ever seen Big Ramy – which might be a big deal for Phil Heath as he tries to defend his title for the eighth time. Check out the video update above!
