Get motivated to train insane in the gym.
So you’re hitting the gym, made some pretty good newbie gains and think you’re on top of the world. All of a sudden you find your gains stalling, your goal of reaching the size of all those massive bodybuilders you idolize is out of reach. No matter what you do you just seem to remain the same.
Get over it!
If you want to last in the bodybuilding game and continue to make massive gains then it’s going to take a ton of hard work and dedication to the goal. You’re not going to be a massive bodybuilder over night and there’s nothing wrong with that. But if you ever wish to reach that goal then you have to continue to push your body to its limits to force change.
