Ego lifting is a form of workout fail that combines not only stupidity but unmatched cockiness. Through ignorance of vanity or whatever – these lifters don’t even realize that the MASSIVE WEIGHT they are lifting not only doesn’t count… but can get seriously hurt as well. Anyone who has seen an ego lifter can easily shake their head at the terrible range of motion that could barely count as an actual rep.
