Franchise gyms often get a bad wrap from hardcore lifters and bodybuilders. In their effort to appeal to the everyman they often ostracize more dedicated lifters who want to put up big weight, grunt loud to pull through that final rep, and so on. We normally hear the brunt of this stuff from Planet Fitness – known for its notorious “anti-bodybuilder” mentality. But this video is actually from LA Fitness. The problem? The man was being too loud.

Talk about customer service… Was he really that loud??
