Kai Greene has had enough with a certain person.

Kai Greene is usually someone who doesn’t acknowledge the hate that springs forth from the internet. But it seems this time he has had enough. In an impassioned speech while he was working on some cardio – Kai Greene had something very specific to say to a certain unnamed someone… “Just shut up.”

A rare straight to the point statement from Kai, but not one that doesn’t still hold a message of positivity as per his usual posts. While he may be frustrated with the troll/hater, he also goes onto tell him and all people to not listen to the hateful voice inside ourselves. To remember to put it on pause, rethink, and instead spread the word of positive energy and thoughts.
