HERE’S HOW AND WHY YOU SHOULD BE BUILDING MASS AND STRENGTH IN THE GLUTES

training glutes headerGet your rear end in action.

Many bodybuilders have a tendency to focus on specific parts of the body to build up, particularly in the beginning of their muscle building journey. Men who choose to make a drastic change to their physiques usually focus on building up their arms, chest, back, and legs. In order to build a quality physical form then these body parts must certainly be worked and worked with vigor. There’s certainly nothing wrong with focusing on the major body parts, but they could be getting more bang for their buck if they simply focused on building one of the more important muscle groups of the body.

The glutes.

Many bodybuilders are so caught up with getting hypertrophy in their biceps, pecs, and quads that they fail to see the benefits of focusing on glute training. Sure, the counter argument to that statement is fairly simple. “That’s why we have leg day.” In a sense this is true, particularly if you focus of squats in order to build up your lower half. In reality, squatting if done correctly will also work your glutes. But if you want to put up more impressive numbers then it’s certainly a good idea to focus specifically on glute training.

Why should training the glutes be emphasized? Having bigger, stronger glutes will ensure that you’ll put up higher numbers on leg day. The stronger the glutes the better your squat and deadlift will become. At the end of the day it means improving your overall strength. Don’t believe the hype? Well let the well regarded Omarisuf break it down and help you get more powerful glutes.
