GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 3/30

Generation Iron Chop Suey Workout Song

Chop Suey Destruction.

It’s the start of a new week and we’re sure you’re looking to get back into the gym and make some serious gains. This past weekend saw us getting a bit out of our comfort zone and discussed events outside of the bodybuilding world. Wrestlemania 31 was a pretty momentous event that featured Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in the main event for the WWE Heavyweight title. In more relevant news the Phil Heath classic was this weekend and the four time Mr. Olympia displayed his off season physique to a bevvy of fans. We’ve gotta say that this is the best off season shape we’ve ever seen Phil in. It makes you wonder what’s to come later this year. Use Phil’s dedication to the craft as inspiration and make sure to get into the gym ASAP. And oh yeah, we’ve got a track that’s sure to put you on the path to major gains in no time.

This song will get you fired up in the gym to get all the gains you seek. Burn fat and pack on muscle with this workout track from System of a Down. “Chop Suey” is a high intensity track off the popular groups album Toxicity.
