True to Haney’s personality – the man doesn’t promote complete and total annihilation of your muscles. Of course it is incredibly important to push your hardest – but it is also important to know your body and the best way to maximize muscle growth. There needs to be a level of control to the chaos and strength. To use another saying, Rome wasn’t built in a day. The same goes for you. The same goes for the greats – like Lee Haney.
