For as long as it has existed – people have enjoyed drinking alcohol. Sure, it may be bad for you overall but that doesn’t stop people from letting loose every once in a while (or a lot depending on who you are).
But for bodybuilders alcohol is a big hard NO. If alcohol is bad unhealthy for most people – it is definitely unhealthy and damaging to a bodybuilder’s physique… right?
