This older bodybuilder was an absolute beast.

Many of you may or may not have heard of Albert Beckles, but for those of you who haven’t been informed, this man was truly one of the greats. Albert Beckles was usually one of the older men on the Olympia stage in the 1980s, yet despite that always seemed to place within the top ten.

While he may not have won the Olympia, Albert Beckles is certainly one of the more inspirational men in bodybuilding. Surprising enough he was able to win a pro show against much younger competition back in the day. This video from Nick’s Strength and Power gets in depth on who Albert Beckles was and how he left his mark on the sport.
