Albertas Krinickis Becomes IFBB Pro League Bodybuilder at Just 20 Years Old.
Lithuanian bodybuilder Albertas Krinickis won the Men’s Bodybuilding overall title at the 2026 NPC Amateur Olympia in Las Vegas, earning his IFBB Pro card at only 20 years old. The IFBB Pro League lists Krinickis among the pro card winners from the September 22–23 event.
20-Year-Old Albertas Krinickis Wins Amateur Olympia Overall, Earns IFBB Pro Card
Krinickis first won the super heavyweight class before taking the overall bodybuilding title. His victory came after a quick move through the amateur ranks: he competed in Classic Physique in 2024 and 2025 before switching to bodybuilding this year.

Speaking in a post-show interview, Krinickis said he weighed around 200 pounds when he competed last year and weighed in at 240 pounds for the Amateur Olympia.
The change in competition weight and his overall win have made him an intriguing young name in bodybuilding. Krinickis’ leg size, upper-body thickness and back detail shocked experts for a competitor his age.
It’s especially shocking when you consider that Krinickis began his athletic journey in tennis.

What Comes Next For Albertas Krinickis?
Krinickis has earned IFBB Pro League status, but his Amateur Olympia victory does not qualify him for the professional Mr. Olympia contest. First, he will have to establish himself against pro competitors.
For now, the accomplishment stands on its own. At 20 years old, Krinickis has won the Amateur Olympia bodybuilding overall and secured a pro card. His first professional show will offer a clearer look at how far this fast-rising prospect can go.
