The event will begin on day one with some Strongman classics. The bar used in the elephant bar deadlift is longer than a standard deadlift, which allows more weight to be added. This is an event that has been featured in any Strongman events and it is always exciting to see the strongest men in the world move massive amounts of weight.
It will conclude with the overhead gauntlet and frame carry. There will no straps used in the frame carry, where it is a wooden frame that is carried across an inclined course. The weight for this event has not been shared yet.
The second day will begin with the big jerk for max, where competitors will look to lift as much weight as possible overhead using a bar. It will continue with the Timber Test and end with the Atlas Stones.
