50 Cent, Floyd Mayweather, and Vladimir Putin Are All in the Khabib Nurmagomedov Business

Khabib Nurmagomedov is the latest hot commodity in MMA.

UFC 229 was billed as being the biggest fight in the company’s history and according to the pay-per-view numbers that estimation was more the valid. The event has shattered a ton of records with an estimated 2.4 million pay-per-view buys. The heated rivalry between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor made for a compelling lead up and the fight itself didn’t disappoint.

Then things reached an entirely different level.

Khabib Nurmagomedov launching himself at Dilon Danis, a teammate of Conor McGregor, post fight has made the UFC lightweight champion a viral sensation. While he may be suspended at the moment leaving his UFC future in question, it appears that other opportunities are popping up for the consensus number one Lightweight in the world.

50 Cent made a post that suggested that if Khabib Nurmagomedov wouldn’t continue fighting under the UFC brand that there was a little known MMA promotion, Bellator MMA, that would be more than happy to add the Dagestani native to their ranks.

Beside 50 Cent, it appears that Khabib Nurmagomedov wants in on the Floyd Mayweather sweepstakes as well as the UFC champion suggested that he wanted to do battle with the boxing genius.

In typical Floyd Mayweather fashion, the boxing great accepted the challenge and seeing nothing but dollar signs in the idea.

Khabib Nurmagomedov also met with Russian President Vladimir Putin who congratulated the UFC Lightweight champion on his victory at UFC 229.

It seems that with his massive win over Conor McGregor a new star has been born in Khabib Nurmagomedov and everybody wants a piece of the pie.
