Arabian Bodybuilder With The Vascularity Of A God

Like shattered glass.

Johan “Superhed” Karouani may not be a name you know just yet… but after this video he will be firmly implanted in your memory. Check out this video post from Instagram in which Johan does 4 reps of 248 pound bicep curls. But as you’ll see shortly, it’s not the weight of the bicep curls that’s impressive.

The vascularity on top of solid muscle is unreal – with the look of a city roadmap – the veins screaming through would give Frank McGrath a run for his money. Check it out for yourself:

The Arabian bodybuilder was born in France but raised him Morocco. His accolades include being a 4x IFBB Mr. France National winner, as well as 3x NPC U.S. Overall Champion. Johan says he trains weights everyday with a rest day every two weeks or so. As far as a split? Johan says his training is quite organic, going for the parts that feel the most rested.

So what keeps him going to maintain such a crazy physique? The man is driven by sweets. The 6’1 250lb bodybuilder admits to having a massive sweet tooth which keeps him against the 8 ball.

“I have a sweet tooth, so I eat sweets often and have to burn it off by training more. Everything in life is about balance.”

Now we know what you’re thinking, “that’s great for him, but how do we get veins like that”? Patience, patience. Here’s a chest, shoulders, and back training video from Johan that just might help give you the edge… or at the very least will get you on the path to training like this international superstar. Check out the video below.

So what do you think about this bodybuilders vascularity, impressive or have you seen better?
