Arnold Classic 2017: The Back And Shoulders Of Heather Grace Must Be Seen To Be Believed

A truly insane back!

While many fans may be focused on the open weight division heading into the Arnold Sports Festival, those who have a passion for all facets of bodybuilding will tell you that you’re crazy if you aren’t excited for the other exciting categories at the show. Not a ton of love is given to the women’s physique division on here, but one would be foolish to discount the hard work these female athletes put into creating a superior physique. Though the men’s open weight division may be the main event, you have to fill the rest of your card with interesting match ups and events as well.

The women’s physique division features a great deal of talented female athletes that would put many men to shame. Sure, when it comes to the definition of what means to be a bodybuilder, the men’s open weight division will always be the prime example. That said, the women’s physique division has us in awe and times with some astonishingly well put together female athletes. One of those individuals is Heather Grace.

The consensus number three women’s physique competitor, Heather Grace has proven to be a true force as she’s risen througuh the ranks in the past few years. After a strong Olympia showing, Grace looks to carry her momentum into the Arnold Classic. Her dedication to training and dieting puts her in a league of her own. Just check out Heather Grace as she works back at the gym and try to pretend you’re not impressed.

I came home and napped, and now feel completely brand new. SLEEP is sooooo crucial going down the line toward stage time. It’s easy to fall into the “more is better” mode of thinking. And while, it is extremely important to continue to push through the pain- down time MUST also be factored into the equation.
