Arnold Schwarzenegger Praises Joe Rogan After Recent Heated “The Game Changers” Debate

Arnold Schwarzenegger offers praise to the open-minded stance of Joe Rogan.

The argument between plant-based and a mixed diet of both meat and plants has been a longstanding battle. Now it seems that battle has come to a head with the documentary The Game Changers

The documentary follows former UFC fighter James Wilks as he travels the world interviewing different athletes who follow a plant-based diet, including all-time great bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger. But while the film has been received well, many experts and pundits have been coming out of the woodwork to discredit the claims made in the film.

But while The Game Changers has been getting beaten up a bit in recent articles and on podcasts, such as episode 1389 of The Joe Rogan Experience, James Wilks finally had his opportunity to defend himself and the film on episode 1393 of the same program.

From what it looks like, Joe Rogan may have been convinced that Wilks was onto something after appearing on the podcast. The Instagram post below by Joe Rogan lends credence to that notion.

It seems that among all the many names in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, Arnold Schwarzenegger, one of the producers of The Game Changers, offered praise to Joe Rogan for his willingness to view the debate between plant-based diets and meat based diets in an objective manner.
