Recent Pic Showcases Why Artemus Dolgin Would Crush Classic Physique

Missing out on glory…

The state of bodybuilding is constantly changing in order to keep up with the times. One can’t simply be stuck in the past and expect innovation and greatness. Or can they? Like most other trends in different industries it would appear that bodybuilding is taking a page out of an old book where classic physique is concerned. While open weight bodybuilding is still all the rage, many wanted a return to form so to speak and the IFBB complied with the formation of the classic physique division. It was a bold step that not everyone liked, but is beginning to gain traction. As such, new stars and athletes have the ability to take center stage. One of those potential stars however isn’t posing on an IFBB stage.

Artemus Dolgin may have an IFBB pro card, but he hasn’t been on stage for quite some time now. As it stands, Artemus is content with being a trainer, artist, and a source of motivation for others looking to improve their own physiques. It’s certainly an admirable way of living, but one has to wonder if he’s cheating himself out of glory. Artemus Dolgin has the potential to become an IFBB champion, yet he’s choosing a different path, one that many may not agree with but that gives him a sense of accomplishment.

Though he may not have any stage aspirations these days, Artemus still clearly has a passion for training and should probably give some consideration to once again competing on the world’s largest stage. The Instagram posting below highlights that fact more than perfectly.

I don’t do this for the stage, for spotlight, for fame, magazines and exposure… I’m deeply in love with my artistic craft of Bodybuilding. Getting better, perfecting my symmetry, my proportions is 24 hrs on my mind. I’m obsessed with my passion for the sport n it takes me much further than a gym and weights… What i do has a bigger purpose and sense for me… After all just like a comedian makes u Laugh and the lawyer fixes your ticket I want to inspire u and I want this to be my job! Thank u for all your messages and sharing your stories with me, i read all of them even if i had to stay up really late… #strongerthantheworld #goldenaesthetics
